Compliments from XXX Neighbourhood Police Post

This is Ryan from xxx  Neighbourhood Police Centre.  Recently, xxx Police Division had organised a xxx Seminar on 30th Oct 2010. We have arranged for Stamford Catering Services Pte Ltd to cater for our event.

During the preparation of the event, we have encountered some issues with the  menu. Ms Kelly had displayed professionalism and concern regarding the matter. She even proposed alternatives to try to resolve the issue. She has also gave suggestions to increase the variety of the food.

Ms Dorla has also displayed professionalism during the event on 30th Oct. She fully display the slogan "We Cater, We Care" of Stamford Catering Services as she tried to meet the requests despite the large crowd around the area during the event. There is one instance whereby she takes the initiative to scoop the Chilled Sago Melaka for the guests as she noticed that they are having difficulty scooping the desserts due to the ice.
Your team was very helpful and driver, Tee showed professionalism.
 
Please allow me to express our appreciation and compliments to the staff. The event would not have been a success without their assistance. We hope to work with Stamford Catering Services again in future and the staffs can continue to show such professionalism.
