On 25 June afternoon I realized that my order for Sunday's catering was actually sent to the wrong address as I did not check the confirmation for the address to be sent.

I called Alan for his help, as he was busy doing his deliveries, he promised that he will call back. He called me at about 7 pm and ensured that he will arrange to send the order to the correct address. I must really thank him for his excellent service.
