Compliments from SMU

Dear Francisca,

We were running InnovateIT’12 briefing day on 31st March 2012, and we ordered F&B services from Stamford.

I would like to offer my compliments to Stamford, and the attached staff to our order. I did not manage to get your staff’s name, but the attached staff was very responsible and customer-centric, and we are pleased with his service.

He turned up punctually to help us setup for the catering, and the entire setup was very professional and presentable. He helped us cleaned up any food droppings on the floor or table by guests immediately, arranged the food in such a manner where 2 concurrent queues were possible, attentive to our schedule and helped to open up all the covers just before my guests are invited to the refreshments, as well as many other small gestures. I understand that his presence is not a regular service from Stamford, and I heard from him that since he didn’t have any other immediate assignments after our order, he decided to stay behind to take care of our catering. Above all, he ensured that the entire catering area was properly cleaned up before leaving.

Besides, the food provided by Stamford was very tasty and fresh, it’s also a good value for money. Most of my guests have feedback that they enjoyed the refreshments that we have prepared for them and we are happy about it.

We are very impressed with Stamford and your staff for the extra mile in service, and look forward to more opportunities to work with Stamford. Thank you.
